After her grandparents planted their roots and opened Deer Park two generations ago, owner Debbie Ghiringhelli says the family has held on to traditions while also moving forward with new renovations and modern twists on their menus.

What the family loves the most is seeing generations of patrons who make it a tradition to visit Deer Park for their annual Easter and Mother's Day brunches - which they've hosted since the 1970s - and their Thanksgiving Dinner. "I even recently planned a wedding for a daughter of another woman I had also worked a wedding for." That so many return generation after generation illustrates just how wonderful this Fairfax gem really is.
